Yep. I’ve been neglecting the journal once again. I’ve had time at work… it’s been fairly calm lately. We’re waiting to get our next batch of 60 pcs in so that we can start deploying them. Then it’s a mad rush. 1st come, 1st served, or something like that.

I got a nice bonus for my last years work here. I’m happy about it, and have been spending some of it. I got Donkey Konga with an extra bongo, and am planning on getting an MP3 player. We also got a new DVD/VCR for our living room tv, now Caleb can watch movies on that tv instead of our bedroom. And we got a new programmable thermostat. Amy and I both need some nice running shoes. Especially if I’m gonna run the marathon, like I keep telling myself.

Speaking of exercise, we also joined our local YMCA this weekend. They have a pool, nice gym with all kinds of equipment, and free weights (can you tell I know nothing about that kind of stuff), and we’re gonna have a consultation with a personal trainer, as well as go through this “boot camp”type thing they’ve got. They also have childcare, that’s a plus. Amy will be able to go while Caleb is in preschool, or take a swim class with Caleb and leave Bo in the child care. It should be very nice.

Our poor son. He was up a lot of the night with diarrea… poor kid. I get up and off to work this morning and then Amy calls me. She’s having problems nursing the baby and wiping hineys…..so I came home.

I actually was able to get work done today. It was nice. And Caleb and Amy really appreciated the time I was able to give them.

While Amy was nursing Bo at the New Years party we went to, a couple guys stood around a table. A dare had occured. They talked about it for awhile. The strategized how it would be done, and how much money it would net the person who completed the task. I was amused. 10 minutes later they were still talking about doing it…. and I was tired of the discussion, now granted, I might’ve been able to get more money, and half the fun was talking about it and seeing who’d entertain the idea…. but I’m a man of action. I picked up the plate and put my nose down, and snorted a cheesball.
